Under normal circumstances, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork; however, if anything out of the ordinary were to happen during shipping or if there is a problem with your order, you can contact me directly at info@melisamalvin.com to discuss what I can do for you and if the artwork can be returned for a refund.

Returns/refunds are only processed once the returning artwork is received and only offered if there is damage to the artwork that was made prior to or during the initial shipment and if this damage can be proven. All artwork is packaged safely to ensure safe transit. Also please ensure you read all sizes, surfaces, and hanging styles for artwork prior to purchase to make sure it is the correct fit for your home or office. If you are unsure about artwork fitting your decor, feel free to ask for a video or additional photos of the art before purchase. I also take commissions if you would like something made to order to match the color in your space and your desired size.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Once payment is received securely through my website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my workspace, color matching, and out sourcing specific color requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are spoken and agreed prior to purchase, and I will update you on your custom piece throughout the creation process.
